Synopsis: Want to be involved in Missions and contribute as a STM Facilitator, coordinating and facilitating teams of STM candidates, or even your own Life Group, this STM Facilitator Course will provide the necessary training in the following areas:

1. Logistic Track (Planning for travel in post-covid world, dealing with emergencies and crisis)

2. Ministry Preparation (preparing team, cultural sensitivity, relating to field workers, ministry tools)

3. Devotional Track (facilitate spiritual atmosphere, preparing devotion that effect change in lives)

4. Mentoring Track (effective mentoring team, how to do daily debrief)

This training includes a *compulsory STM trip as an On-Job-Training (OJT) after the 3 sessions in class and will be conducted by YWAM instructors. All sign up participants are expected to be a volunteer of the STMFM after the training and will be required to facilitate at least 1 STM trip within the 2 years after the training. Sign up to be part of God’s team to facilitate the work of His heartbeat for the nations.

*STM fees - $750 to $900 (air tickets, accommodation, transport, meals), depending on cost of air tickets. Note: STM fees are paid fully by participants. Church planter returnees and those that led STM for at least 3 times can be exempted from this STM trip training.

**The 2 STM trip tentative dates: 8-12 June (Thur-Mon), 15-19 June (Thur-Mon). STM destination will be pre-determined by organiser.
