From the OhioSMART By-Laws: "Candidates for election must be Voting Members of the Corporation in good standing ninety (90) days prior to the January meeting of the year in which they seek election and must maintain their membership status throughout their terms."

Please note: all candidates will be checked against the SMART Incident Tracker. Individuals who are listed in Tier 2 are not eligible to run for the Board.
