WHAT: 5th Grade Students vs. Staff Kickball Game
WHEN: Monday, May 24 from either 11:45-12:45pm
WHERE: Vista Grande Field (Students enter through the front gates, parents will drop off and pick up at the front of the school)

Please note: No Parents or Siblings...this is a student & staff event due to COVID protocols: 5th GRADERS ONLY

My child would like to attend, and cheer on their classmates, but not play.

My child will not be attending this optional event in person, but would like to join remotely. (A ZOOM link will be created for this event so students who won't be joining the live event can join us for this event on ZOOM.)

On the morning of May 24, 2021 please conduct a Student Self Health Check: Parents MUST read through the link below and acknowledge you will perform a health check for your student on the morning of May 24, 2021. Please review the self health check and honestly answer the questions. WE WILL NOT BE COLLECTING THE FORM however, if your child is showing any COVID 19 symptoms, per the health check, please do not send them to the 5th Grade vs. Staff Kickball Game.
