Please note that if you are purchasing an Arena Membership, there must be at least one (1) adult family member who holds an active Lakedell Agricultural Society Membership. If you are a member of one of our user groups such as the Lakedell 4-H Beef, 4-H Light Horse, Pigeon Lake Lions, Curling, or Gymkhana clubs, you are required to purchase an Ag. Society membership as part of your affiliation with those organizations. However, please note that you are only required to purchase one Ag. Membership and not one in each club that you are associated with. If you have already purchased an Ag. Membership through any of these groups, you are not required to purchase another general membership with your Arena Membership.

The above rates pertain to the ARENA AREA ONLY. Any other rentals such as the hall or kitchen will require additional funding.

This fee is strictly for PLEASURE RIDING. Any clinics, training or group rentals are to be booked through the Ag. Office and are subject to further rental fees.

Please note that the arena is now locked. A $25 deposit is payable per fob and the fobs will allow you to access the arena and allow us to track who is using the facility. The fob system will allow access through the smaller over head door at the North End of the building and once inside you will have access to arena and washroom area.

For clinics or group rentals, it is the responsibility of one person to collect the fee and turn it into the Ag. Society.

Riders are responsible for cleaning up MANURE, both INSIDE THE ARENA AND OUTSIDE THEIR TRAILERS!

No GLASS BOTTLES of any kind in the Arena Area.

A usage schedule shall be posted and MUST be followed to ensure fair usage to everyone. Please visit our calendar on www.lakedell.org or call (780) 586-2505 to check the arena schedule.

The renter/user shall be responsible to make good all damages incurred during rental/usage period.

Riders are responsible to turn out lights and close doors after use. If the heat has been turned up, please remember to turn it down.

Overhead door MUST be protected by swinging gates when loose livestock is present.

Non-compliance with the above noted rules may result in a fine or in the case of severe or repeated offences, suspension of arena agreement with no reimbursement of funds.

DISCLAIMER CLAUSE (WAIVER): The Lakedell Agricultural Society, its agents, employees, or directors shall not be liable or responsible for any personal injury, bodily injury or property damage (including loss of use) suffered by you or any member of your family, organization or group in attendance in relation to your or their use of the facilities or equipment provided under this agreement. The completed agreement also allows the Ag Society to publish their name(s) on an list of “Arena Users with Agreements” and posted in the arena. This agreement is valid for one full year from date fees are paid.
