@realchelseabear and Merits Health Products Giveaway
Disability advocate Chelsea Bear (@realchelseabear) has partnered with Merits Health Products for Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month this March to launch a very special giveaway. Through the giveaway, Bear and Merits Health Products will gift one mobility scooter to an individual in need. Applications will be open now through March 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to residents of the continental United States. Proof of residency and age may be required. Entrants must be following @realchelseabear and @meritshealthusa on Instagram to enter.

Selection
Individuals may submit themselves for consideration, or a parent or legal guardian may submit the story of a loved one for consideration. Chelsea Bear and Merits Health Products will review each submission and select five individuals as finalists who will be chosen based on the need for a new mobility scooter. The five individuals will be notified via email. The five individuals selected will be placed in a raffle and the giveaway winner will be selected at random from the five finalists. One individual will be gifted a Roadster scooter from Merits Health Products. The giveaway recipient will be notified via email and announced on Instagram.

Grant of Rights
By submitting a submission (either a self-nomination or nominating someone else) the final winner grants the giveaway hosts the ability to share portions of their story to media. @realchelseabear and @meritshealthusa to post winner on their Instagram platforms and potentially share giveaway results with media. The winner will also be asked to share images and videos upon receipt of product.
