Prerequisites for requesting scholarships: 1) Scholarships are reserved for FHBC members only per FHBC policy.  2) Self-assessment by the applicant has determined that a personal financial need exists.  3) An individual cannot request a scholarship for more than one mission engagement in a calendar year.
