Dear Parents,

At the end of each summer term, we carry out a parent questionnaire and, as this year has been an incredibly challenging one, it is particularly important to consider parents' views about school as a whole and how we have responded to the current school closures.

Please could you, therefore, complete the following short survey to let us know your views? There are 17 questions in total, with the last two focusing on home learning. If you aren't able to answer a question or don't know, please leave it out. There are also options to leave additional feedback or suggestions at the end. If you have more than 1 child in school, you can fill the form separately for each or just send in one family response.
