For inclusion in the Health Professions Evaluation Committee Process for the Fall 2025 Cohort, the deadline for submission of this form is 11:59 pm (EST) on May 1, 2024.

If you participated in a previous HPEC Cohort process, but dropped out before a Committee Letter was submitted on your behalf, you are NOT a Re-Applicant. Please return to the PreMedical and PreDental Advising Office website and choose the link to the appropriate form.

If you have already applied to Medical or Dental school two or more times, you are ineligible for HPEC participation. UMBC students and alumni are eligible to receive HPEC Cohort support (including the Committee Letter Packet) for their first and/or second application to Medical or Dental school.
