POENB Beach Reservation Request Form and Agreement

POENB Members in good standing may use a section of Price’s Bend Beach for private parties,  except on Holidays & Holiday weekends. Parties will be limited to one per day and no more  than 3 per week. (The beach party season is defined from Memorial Day until October 1st.) 

A party is a gathering of 15 or more people, not including member families gathering on the beach for normal daily activities.  

There shall be only one “large” party per weekend (Saturday/Sunday). Large parties are not  permitted Monday through Friday. A “large” party shall be any party with 50 or more people,  or a DJ or other music for hire, or a tent or other temporary structure (e.g. inflatable ride). 

Reservation requests for POENB parties will officially open on midnight of April 1st of  each year. No requests prior to that date and time stamp will be considered.
