Please be aware that the minimum time to process an ILL request is 2 weeks. The time varies depending on the availability of the item.

Please review the following important notes BEFORE submitting your request:

- The following items ARE NOT available through ILL:
*audiobooks, music CDs, or DVDs;
*items published in the current calendar year (i.e. any item published within one year of the request date);
*items printed before 1800.

- The item is borrowed from a library not belonging to our system. Any damage to the item will be the patron's financial responsibility.

- There will be a $3.00 charge when the book arrives to help offset return postage. Patrons will still have to pay the $3.00 postage fee if they decide they no longer want the item after it has already shipped/arrived.

- Items MUST be returned inside the library, at the front desk, during business hours; DO NOT return items in book drops.

- Items must be returned by their assigned due date. If more time is needed, please notify the library well in advance of the due date, and we will try to see if the item can be renewed.

- Overdue ILL items will incur a $1.00 per day fee for each business day it is late.

- Failure to return items properly, on time, and in good condition may lead to a patron's ILL privileges being revoked.
