Thank you for your interest in our Young Adult Virtual Cohort!
Our ETA program is the core of our private and group programs at Hi-Lite. ETA stands for Empower, Transform, Achieve. Our clients develop empowerment as they learn they are responsible for and in control of their choices and outcomes. They see Transformation as they work through limiting beliefs and life challenges with new and different perspectives introduced through a coaching approach. They experience Achievement when they become motivated by new ways of thinking and pursuing their future with excellence and excitement.
During this 7 week program we will meet weekly for 75 minutes, focus on a workbook topic of the week and talk through experiences in a safe, inclusive environment. Each session will wrap-up with an action step, reflection or challenge that is encouraged to be worked on or accomplished by our next meeting.

Who this workshop is for --> Individuals ages 18-28 who are seeking motivation, direction + purpose in their life.
Agenda:
As we coach through life challenges in a group setting, attendees will develop accountability and a deeper self awareness of who they are and what they want to get out of where they are now and where they want to go.
We will work through the below topics:
Identify core values
Create short + long-term goals
Learn to execute goals in stress reducing ways
Develop personal mission + vision statements
Time management
Learn mental wellness best practices that help achieve balance + improve resilience
