Vaccination clinic volunteers

Community Consolidated School District 89 will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics for children who are 5 to 11 years old on November 20 and December 11. Both clinics will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Park View Elementary School, 250 S. Park Boulevard, Glen Ellyn.

Volunteers are need to help visitors navigate the different stations at the clinic. No volunteer will work any area alone; each area will have more than one volunteer. Please check boxes for each job and date you would be willing to assist.
