This workshop is the first in a series of four, free sessions. For those interested, the next three will involve water. The first will be a pool session that will allow participants to get a taste for self and assisted rescues. The second will be a lake session where participants will be able to practice flatwater skills that cannot be done in the pool. The final session will be an ocean day trip where participants can get a feel for what it means to be a sea kayaker.
