東京大学制作展2023の来場登録フォームです。以下の注意事項に目を通していただいた後、ご回答をお願いします。/ Please fill out the form to register for the iii exhibition 2023. Please read the important notice before answering.

開催概要 / Overview
  • 日時 / Date and time：11/16(Thu)- 11/20(Mon), 11:00-19:00（最終日11/20は17:00に終了）
  • 会場 / Venue：東京大学本郷キャンパス工学部2号館ほか（工学部2号館フォーラムと情報学環・福武ホール　テラスは、来場登録不要）/ Engineering Bldg.2, The University of Tokyo Hongo Campus and more (No registration required for Engineering Bldg.2, Forum & Fukutake Hall Terrace)

注意事項 / Important Notice
  • 来場登録は、当日会場でも可能です。ただ、当日混雑が予想されるため、事前の登録をおすすめしています。/ A registration is possible at the venue. However, due to anticipated congestion on the day, we recommend registering in advance.
  • 一度の来場登録で、全日程（11/16-11/20）、全会場に入場することが可能です。/ A single registration allows entry to all venues for the entire duration of the exhibition (11/16-11/20).
  • 「お名前」は、原則カタカナ・フルネームで記載してください。/ Please enter your full name in katakana under the 'Name' section.
  • ご来場の際には、受付でお名前を教えてください。/ When visiting, please provide your name at the reception.
  • 複数人でご来場の際は、一人一人来場登録を行ってください。/ If visiting as a group, please register each person individually.
  • 入力された個人情報は、本展示の来場管理のためだけに使用し、イベント終了後消去します。/ Personal information entered will be used only for managing attendance at this exhibition and will be deleted after the event concludes.
  • 不測の事態が発生した場合には、事前の予告なくイベントをキャンセルする場合があります。/ In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the exhibition may be canceled without prior notice.
