Additional places booking for NAG Public Libraries Forum
This is the form to register additional delegates for the NAG Forum in Birmingham this May.  We are providing one FREE place per NAG Member institution on the main booking link, however additional places are available by filling in the form below.  Commercial NAG Members should also use this form to book their places.

Additional places will be available at cost price of £40 for NAG Members.  Non-member places for public libraries will be charged at £75 but will include a year's NAG Membership.  (All prices listed are excluding VAT.)  

You are welcome to send an alternative delegate on the day in the event of illness etc but we can only accommodate new special dietary requirements up to 7 days before the event (cut off is 4pm Tuesday 3rd May).  The Studio does offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options by default.
