Welcome to Saints Simon & Jude Middle School Ministry!

Middle school is a weird and wonderful phase of life. Middle schoolers are fun, awkward, and most importantly, they’ve each been uniquely created by God. Our Middle School Youth Ministry hopes to honor this stage of life while helping young people navigate through those challenging years through the lens of their Catholic faith.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
In order to finalize registration please complete the following steps:

✔ Read through the Information Packet
✔ Fill out this registration form (Google Form)
✔ Fill out and email the Minor Permission & Release Form (Links provided) and email to awatson@ssj.org 
✔ Submit payment of $125 (Link to the payment page is also found in Section 7)
✔ Attend the first class with your child: Monday, October 9th 7-8pm
