Improv for Anxiety - Sign Up Form
We all get anxious, nervous, afraid, awkward - and sometimes it takes too great a toll, pushing us away from life and other people. If you feel like Anxiety is playing too large a part in your life, join us for this 3-hour session, where we use fun and easy activities and techniques from Improv theater to explore, learn and practice ways to face Anxiety in a safe and supportive space.
Improv helps us break down creative barriers, develop trust in ourselves and others and become less self-critical and more supportive. Come enjoy a taste of this special world and see what new choices and experiences it can offer you.
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to explore more tools for dealing with social anxiety, insecurity and avoidance in a safe and playful space.
The session is facilitated by Adaya Turkia and Amir Atsmon, two experienced Improv teachers and performers who are also trained mental health practitioners.
Space is limited to 10 participants.
No theater or Improv experience necessary.
Price is 50nis.
