SUICIDE AWARENESS & PREVENTION: HEALTH & WELFARE ALERT #65-5-22
Mary Dalbey is reviewing the Suicide Awareness & Prevention Health & Welfare Alert that was sent out from DODD in May 2022. People with developmental disabilities can be at a higher risk for suicide because of different risk factors, including co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Knowing the warning signs for suicide and how to get help CAN save lives. If you attend the full session, you may receive one hour of annual DSP training under the category Health and Safety. Each participant who attends the whole training will receive a Training Documentation form for 1 Hour.

TIME: 10:00 am-11:30 am
One hour of training for DSPs will be available if you are in attendance the entire time (falls under Health and Safety).
