(1) spot. I am interested in being Chili cook-off coordinator and understand the following responsibilities:

   Design and purchase budget approved  trophies 

   Assign judges

   Recruit contestants

   Provide bowls, utensils for judges

   Create and monitor chili chat for contestants

   Tally judges results and determine winner.

(10-15) spots. I am interested in being a contestant in the Chili cook-off and understand the following responsibilities.
Cook enough chili for judges and others to sample.

(1) spot. I am interested in being the Restroom attendant and understand the following responsibilities.

 Maintain porta potties (obtain and resupply toilet paper as needed)

(1) spot. I am interested in being the Workshop coordinator and understand the following responsibilities.

 Establish chat for instructors

 Assign time slots

 Coordinate raffle prizes for each workshop

Serve as an announcer

(7) spots. I am interested in being a Workshop instructor for the checked subject matter and I understand the following responsibilities.

 To design a syllabus on their chosen subject matter and present to Attendees with education and demonstration.

 Help organize raffle prizes, onsite raffle sales and buckets to hold tickets.

Take in donations and give out raffle tickets.

Establish team and event channels.

Assist with radio questions or issues.

Look into possible mobile repeater for captains channel.

(1) spot. I am interested in being the Recovery Team Leader and understand the following responsibilities.

Man the recovery coms channel and chat

Have Extensive recovery knowledge and gear.

Extensive trail repair knowledge

Organize recovery team of 4-6 Rigs

Dispatch where needed at anytime

(4-6) spots. I am interested in being a part of the Recovery Team and understand the following responsibilities.

Extensive recovery knowledge and gear

*this is a serious position and means you will NOT be on the normal teams (recovery captain will choose team)

(3) spots.I am interested in being the Videographer and understand that this is a serious position that requires dedication and extensive knowledge for the task at hand.

- assist with sound setup for raffles, workshops, drivers meeting.
- obtain and maintain generator, fire, heaters, and garbage at pavilion.
