Thanks for your interest in working with me.  

So that I can get to know you and what you might need and want from coaching , I invite you to answer the following questions.

Your answers allow me to assess whether or not I think my style of movement coaching is going to serve you best, so please do be as thorough as possible.

If we've never met, I will want to get on on a call with you to discuss your application. It's very important to me that we've spent some time together before deciding if moving forward together is the right next step.
