Please note: This show has a limited number of food vendor spots available. First preference is given to food vendors with unique, ethnic and/or gourmet menus. Duplication is kept to a minimum. Vendors selling prepackaged foods will not be accepted. Following the selection process, applicants will be notified if accepted or not. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Dates of Event: Saturday, August 17, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, August 18, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Deadline for Applying: Friday, April 26, 2024
Notice of Acceptance: No later than Monday, May 20, 2024
This is a two-day event; vendors who accept an invitation to participate in the fair must commit to both days (Saturday and Sunday) of the event as well as full-day participation on each of those days. Vendors may not opt to attend one day only and may not break down before end time for event on either day.
Booth locations not occupied on the first day of the fair will not be held open for the second day. Vendors who do not participate both days of the event or who break down early on either day will not be invited back.
Beer and wine vendors complete a different application; please contact shancock@lexingtonky.gov for a link to that application in order to be considered. Alcohol vendor applicants who complete this food vendor application will not be considered.
INSURANCE: Accepted vendors shall furnish a current certificate of commercial general liability insurance written through a company with an A.M. Best rating of “A” or better with the minimum amount of $1,000,000. Certificates of Insurance must be submitted at least 30 days before the date of the event or vendor's participation is subject to be denied.

Please enter an email where representatives for the business who will be directly involved in the fair can consistently be reached. The email entered on this form should be the ONLY email address used for correspondence with us regarding the fair to ensure messages and materials are received in a timely manner.
In addition, the phone number and postal address should be those of the representative of your business who is responsible for your involvement with the Woodland Art Fair. We mail parking passes to the postal address you list here.
If multiple emails, postal addresses, phone numbers and contact persons are used in your communications with us, we cannot guarantee your timely receipt of information.
