This is a curated show. Applications are due by May 21st, 2024. Selected participants will be notified of their acceptance to Incarcerated Shadows Para-Con by June 1st, 2024. Payment will need to be made in full by June 22nd, 2024. After all tables have been filled, all other applicants will be put on a waiting list. We will pull from this waiting list for any tables that have not been paid by June 22nd, 2024/have been cancelled.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITH CANCELLATION.
Crafters/Artists/Vendors must provide their own 4ft to 6ft tables and chairs. You will be allowed two people per table. There is no electricity or wifi provided. NO MLMS ALLOWED. Please no food vendors at this time. Selling of Wild Game—Protected or regulated wild animals (live, dead, or the meat therefrom) cannot be sold, traded or bartered. (Exceptions: Lawfully taken furbearers, squirrel tails, deer hides, antlers, hooves, and cured game bird feathers may be sold.)
