Incarcerated Shadows Para-Con Vendor Application

Fees: $50.00 per table. The only form of payment accepted is Venmo to @GravesideParanormal

This is a curated show.  Applications are due by May 21st, 2024.  Selected participants will be notified of their acceptance to Incarcerated Shadows Para-Con by June 1st, 2024.  Payment will need to be made in full by June 22nd, 2024.  After all tables have been filled, all other applicants will be put on a waiting list.  We will pull from this waiting list for any tables that have not been paid by June 22nd, 2024/have been cancelled. 
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITH CANCELLATION.

Crafters/Artists/Vendors must provide their own 4ft to 6ft tables and chairs.  You will be allowed two people per table.  There is no electricity or wifi provided. NO MLMS ALLOWED.  Please no food vendors at this time.  Selling of Wild Game—Protected or regulated wild animals (live, dead, or the meat therefrom) cannot be sold, traded or bartered. (Exceptions: Lawfully taken furbearers, squirrel tails, deer hides, antlers, hooves, and cured game bird feathers may be sold.)

No refunds or credits will be granted for the craft/vendor fair. Registration will be taken until May 21st, 2024. NO registration will be accepted without full payment of fees. Graveside Paranormal assumes no responsibility for personal injuries or loss of personal items while attending a facility activity or event. Participants that display inappropriate behavior or conduct will be asked to leave without the issuance of a refund.

WAIVER, RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR GRAVESIDE PARANORMAL 
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please read this form carefully and be aware that, in signing up and participating in Graveside Paranormal’s Incarcerated Shadows Para-Con you will be waiving and releasing all claims for injuries arising out of these  programs, that you or the other named participants might sustain. The terms “I”, “Me”, and “My”, also refer to parents or guardians as well as participants in the programs. In registering for these programs, you are agreeing as follows:

As a voluntary participant in these programs, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical
injury, and I agree to assume the full risk of injuries, damages, or loss that I may sustain as a result of participating, in any manner, in any activities connected with or associated with such programs. I recognize and acknowledge that all athletic activities involving strenuous exertion or potential body contact are hazardous recreational activities and involve a substantial risk of injury.

I agree to waive and relinquish any claims I may have as a result of voluntarily participating in these programs against Graveside Paranormal any other participating servants and employees of the governmental bodies and independent contractors, and all other persons, entities, of whatever nature, that might be directly or indirectly liable for any injuries that I may sustain while participating in these programs. (The parties described in the preceding sentence are referred to as “released
parties” in the remainder of this agreement.)

I do as a result of this fully release and discharge the Graveside Paranormal and the other released parties (Curator) from all claims for injuries, damage, or loss which I may have or which may accrue to me on account of my participation in these programs.

I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Graveside Paranormal and all other released parties, (Curator) from all other claims resulting from injuries, damages, and losses sustained by anyone, and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with my conduct and activities of these programs.

I further understand and agree that the terms such as “participation”, “programs”, and “activities”, referred to in this agreement, include all exercises and physical movements of any nature while I am participating in these programs and further include the provision of or failure to provide proper instructions or supervision and the adjustment of any all machinery, equipment and apparatus, and anything related to my use of the services, facilities, or premises involved in these programs, and transportation to and from any events.

I understand the nature of these programs for I am voluntarily registering, and have read and fully understand this WAIVER, RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. I further understand that any advertisements or warnings of the particular risks of these programs that I subsequently receive will be incorporated by reference into becoming a part of this
Agreement. *
