Selling your registration
If you can't make it to the EMAG, and you have found someone to sell your ticket to, you can enter the details in the form below. Please note the following:
- You will need to arrange the payment of the ticket with the person you are selling it to.
- The new participant already has to have a user account on the website.
- The complete registration, including gala and icebreaker (if applicable) is transferred to the new participant.
Selling your icebreaker or gala ticket
If you have bought an all inclusive EMAG ticket, but you can't make it to the icebreaker and/or the gala, we can sell it for you to another participant. Please indicate your details below, and we'll let you know when your ticket is sold. Please note the following:
- If you are selling the ticket to someone specific, that person must have a valid registration.
- If you are offering the ticket back to us, it goes to the next person in line for the event registration.
- The money will initially be refunded on your EMAG
registration account. Any surplus on the account will be transferred
after the EMAG.
Buying an icebreaker or gala ticket
If you are registered for the EMAG, but do not have an icebreaker or gala ticket (bought late bird, after July 10th), and would like to buy tickets for these, we can put you on the list for receiving these tickets when they are offered. Please note the following:
- You must already have a valid EMAG registration
- The ticket amount will be charged on your account, and must be paid within 7 days
