To provide a home for unwed, teen moms while empowering them through pre- and post-natal health education, job skills training, and coaching as needed.

To provide transformative life coaching through 1:1 sessions, group coaching, and courses that lead to self-discovery, wholeness, and empowerment
TSEFI's board of directors establishes the volunteer opportunities available on an event/project basis, as the specific needs may change. Specific voluntmeer opportunities will be posted on our website and social media platforms (@tsefiorg). Please take this opportunity complete the application so that we can get to know you better, understand the skills that your bring, as well as the areas in which you want to grow.
The onboarding process follows this path:
- Volunteer application submitted
- TSEFI application review
- Virtual or in-person interview
- TSEFI notifies applicant of decision pending successful background check (if 18 or older)
- Volunteer (or parent/guardian of volunteer) digitally signs the TSEFI Volunteer Agreement
- Volunteer meets with TSEFI board member or volunteer coordinator for orientation/training and volunteer event/project expectations/responsibilities.
