Rental Agreement
Payment is required at time of order to confirm and hold your date.
You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
For safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.
Please do not move the items.
Don’t throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize the sign. Even if you do not like the display given to you, these items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not touch the display, as you are still responsible for it.
Please protect our inventory from a damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc..
Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display.
If you have a landscaping crew coming, please arrange for them to come on a date that the letters are NOT on the lawn. Grass clippings stain our letters.
Please do not pull signs from the ground.
We are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set-up and removal of any rental.
Refund Policy
In the event of inclement or hazardous weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.
No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address and no response received. (We will contact you prior to installation.)
No refunds will be given due to yard conditions that prevents the display from being set up (hard ground, rocks, etc)
No refunds will be given due to animals preventing the display from being set up.
No refunds will be given for being denied access to the gated community.
Hazardous Conditions
We may not be able to set-up a greeting during severe or hazardous weather conditions. If this occurs, we will attempt to reschedule delivery (or full refund will be given).
