Our weeks run Monday through Sunday.
Requests MUST be received by 4 pm the Thursday before the start of your absence for any payments to be suspended. Here is some important information when submitting your Freeze Request.
- We understand that if it is medical, you will not always know ahead of time. Please submit the freeze request as soon as possible. Payments will be adjusted upon your return.
- Upon the expiration of a Freeze Request, billing will automatically resume without prior notice. If you submit your freeze late, adjustments to your account will be made the following week.
- We process all freezes the first Thursday form the submission date. Once the freeze is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Fitness Within with important details about your freeze.
- If you need to extend your freeze, please submit a new freeze request by 4pm the Thursday before.
- If you sign-up for classes in advance, please remember to early cancel those classes or you may be subject to a late cancel fee.
