SBTA Program Eligibility

·         Business located within Clinton, Essex, Hamilton, Warren, or Washington      County of New York. 

·         Less than 25 employees.

·         Independently owned and operated.

·         Have a referral from a lending institution or non- profit specializing in business assistance.

·         Understand that this program is delivered online, and access to internet is required. 

·         Commitment to the program requires 2 - 4 hours per week for 8 - 12 weeks. 

·         Business can not be related to the cannabis industry.
