Below you will find the complete application request form for The Yemen and Gulf Exchange January 16-27, 2023 hosted by the Sana'a Center for Strategic Studies (SCSS) and the Foundation for Global Political Exchange:

• The deadline for applications is January 4, 2023, although we operate on a rolling admissions basis and cap the program at 40 accepted applicants.
• The program is closed to the public. Only those accepted into the program will be able to attend the online sessions which will be conducted via Zoom.
• Once accepted, the full participation fee must be paid via wire transfer or credit card as soon as possible. Note that as we operate under rolling admissions, a participant’s slot is not secured until full payment of the fee has been made.
• There is no refund provision if a participant chooses to withdraw after paying the participation fee.
• Sessions will take place in English and Arabic; simultaneous interpretation into both English and Arabic will be made available. Note that we require participants to have their cameras turned on during sessions.
• APPLYING FOR A SCHOLARSHIP: The Yemen and Gulf Exchange currently has five scholarships (covering the participation fee) available for researchers who will deepen the social, political and geographic diversity of the Exchange and who can demonstrate both a lack of institutional or self-funding ability and a deep interest in Yemen. If you meet these criteria and would like to apply for a scholarship, simply complete the application below, making sure to fill in the last question in Section 2 about your eligibility.
