COVID-19 requirements:
           1: Please do not attend a run if you have flu like symptoms or are unwell.
           2: Notify the run leader if you cannot attend at the last minute.
           3: All Covid-19 restrictions must be complied with INCLUDING social distancing rules                              
           4: Bring and use hand sanitizer, soap and hand wipes.
           5: It is strongly advised to have the COVID-safe app on your phone or be prepared for your details to be passed on to the Health authorities in the event of a COVID-19 occurrence within the group.
