In order to keep a close eye on any trends of illnesses at school, we are asking parents to report the specific symptoms that your child is experiencing on this form. Please complete this form in addition to reporting your child's absence to the School reception in the usual way.
A recent study conducted by King's College London found that the top five symptoms in school aged children who test positive for COVID are;
Fatigue (55%)
Headache (53%)
Fever (49%)
Sore throat (38%)
Loss of appetite (35%)
This was different compared to the research data on adults;
Fatigue (87%)
Headache (72%)
Loss of smell (60%)
Persistent cough (54%)
Sore throat (49%).
