Have you ever had to return to work too soon after the birth of a child because you couldn't afford to miss a paycheck? Have you ever needed time away from the job to recover from a medical condition or to care for a family member? If so, we want to hear from you.

Southwest Women's Law Center is leading a coalition committed to bringing paid family & medical leave to New Mexico, and we need your help. Decision-makers need to understand how policies affect the lives of the people they represent. By sharing your personal stories, you can help Southwest Women’s Law Center in our work to advocate for policies that impact New Mexico women, girls, and families.

The stories collected will only be used in advocacy work. The stories may appear in public advocacy materials, such as the Southwest Women’s Law Center website, social media, brochures, or other printed materials.
