The Poudre School District educator externship program is designed to provide educators and licensed staff a paid opportunity to work with local businesses to gain additional expertise related to their content area during the summer break. Educator externs are expected to learn about academic pathways into these sectors and industries (college degree, certifications, etc.), updated practices, trends, and bring this knowledge into practice in ways that tangibly impact students.

To help us administer and recruit qualified extern candidates for this program, please complete this form. Note that not all externship positions may be funded, as most funding comes from community and business partners outside of the Poudre School District.
