Please fill out this document to officially register for Bright Lights Summer Camp. We will email you other documents to sign before the first day of the camp and will send you an invoice for camp via PayPal.

Dates: June 21-25 and July 12-16 from 9:30am-3:30pm each day.

Please note that your spot is not officially reserved for camp until your invoice is paid.  Camp is $250 per child ($50 off for each additional child), which includes a t-shirt, a lunch on the Friday of the showcase, as well as snacks and a fun time learning theatrical skills and Bible stories!

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit, if you cancel within 2 weeks of camp.  If you haven't paid your invoice by 2 weeks before camp, there will be an additional charge so our team can rush to get all the supplies your child(ren) will need.
