Restricted Items:
Sales items that are environmentally unfriendly, in extreme poor taste (silly string, penknives, smoke bombs, rebel flags, etc.) will be prohibited. Vendors who do not adhere to the committee's policies will be asked to leave without refund.
Camping:
If you wish to camp at your site in a tent (no electric/water), please reserve enough space for both camping and display needs. Park outlets might be available if needed for an additional $5/day fee.
Parade:
The Buffalo Bill Days Parade is on Sunday and will pass by the park during this Marketplace event. If you plan to be in the parade as a business, please plan accordingly for your staffing and vehicle needs to operate in both places. No disassembly/reassembly of your space is allowed during the parade.
Set-Up/Take Down:
You are welcome to come early and set up Friday evening. Or, a volunteer will be available to assist check in Saturday and/or Sunday morning at 8am. This Marketplace event ends Sunday at 4pm. Early take down is not allowed and may get you banned from future events. It is both disruptive to your fellow vendors and a bad look for business. Please be committed to the time allotted for the market.
Tax ID:
Please include an ST19 form when mailing your payment. I will have blank forms available to fill out at check in if needed. Markets are required by the MN Dept of Revenue to have a completed Form ST19 for every Seller. This form provides written documentation showing: Seller has a MN Sales Tax ID Number OR Seller is not required to have one because the items
they are selling are non-taxable.
