Tree of Hope: Therapeutic Yoga Group for LGBTQ+ adults

I am accepting enrollment for an LGBTQ+ therapeutic yoga group (18+). Spots are limited to six participants, and the group will begin once all the spots are filled (estimated the week of February 4th, 2024) and run for 8 weeks. This group is open to folks with no yoga experience as well as those with moderate experience. This group is different than yoga found online or in studio's in that the guidance and postures are geared towards mental & emotional wellness, with physical wellness as a "bonus."

Sessions will be facilitated by somatic therapist: Asha Gozzelin, LMSW, 200 E-RYT, TCTSY candidate at Tree of Hope (2300 East Ave, Rochester NY, 14610), run for an hour and fifteen minutes, and include body-mind practices. Cost per session is $40 or $300 if paid in full.
