The Women4IT project (Innovative Solutions to Increase the Numbers of EU Vulnerable Girls and Young Women into the Digital Agenda), is a 3 years project funded by the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. It aims to develop digital competences and promote the employability of young women who are at risk of exclusion from the labour market as well as provide innovative training solutions to increase the number of young women with ICT careers and women participating in the digital economy.
Women4IT is implemented by nine partners from nine European countries: Latvia. Spain, Greece, Malta, Lithuania, Ireland, Romania, Norway and Belgium. To investigate the ICT needs in each participating country, and develop a training program to address these specific needs, a survey is being conducted among employers and stakeholders.
We invite you to participate in the research.
Survey duration is about 10-15 minutes and all answers will be treated as confidential. There will be no disclosure of participants’ data except in aggregated form.
