360Giving consultation survey on Grants to Individual

This survey is part of the 360Giving consultation on proposed categories for Grants to Individuals in the 360Giving Data Standard. You can read more about the project in our blog.

The purpose of the two new classifications is to enable funders to describe their grants to individuals in a standardised way, so that they can be analysed together. As the grants will be published anonymously in order to protect the privacy of the recipients, the categories will help the data to be useful. These categories will be used with existing 360Giving Data Standard fields which may be used to add further detail to the categories for example if the grant purpose is classified as “Clothing”, the grant title might be “School uniform”.

The survey takes no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

We want to hear from a wide range of funders of Grants to Individuals to make sure that these classifications are fit for purpose and are able to represent the variety that exists within this sector.

The deadline to share your views is noon on Friday 9th September 2022.
