VOLUNTEER PREFERENCES
Please indicate your areas of interest.  We are PROUD to have wonderful Mustang Parent volunteers and appreciate any time you can give at our school.  This is not a commitment, just for you to express your interest.
 

1.  Come if you can:  
Assist with various projects or a one-time event, as needed.  (1st Day Packets, Blue Out Shirts, Textbook Scanning, Individual Pictures, etc.)  An email will be sent out to the volunteers with any open volunteer opportunities.
2. Thursday Pizza Sales
Help sell pizza on Thursdays (10:00 AM - 12:45PM) in the 9th grade and main cafeterias.  Also looking for someone to lead 9th grade pizza sales.
3. Food Frenzy 
Help with food frenzies (6:30 AM - 7:30 AM for breakfast or 10:00 AM - 1:15 PM for lunch).  The PTA hosts  6 Food Frenzies on various Fridays during the school year.  Also looking for an assistant to take over this position in the future.
4.  Counselor’s/Registrar's Office
Assist with filing, phones, etc. in the counselor’s/registrar's office.  Also assist with fall and spring registration.
5. Other Lunch Time Help
Help with various activities during lunch (10:00 AM-12:45 PM) such as ticket sales, power review sales, etc.  
6.  Hospitality
Provide luncheon or snack item(s), donations, help with set-up and/or serve at teacher events.
7. College Prep
Help guide students through the college application process using career investigation tools and information provided.  No experience required.
8.  Library
Assist librarians with data entry, checking out books, putting books up and monitoring the library.  
9. Fundraising
Lead or help with the PTA's fundraising activities.
10. Reflections
Help with the PTA's Reflections Program
11.  Study Skills Mentoring
12.  Taylor Made Tutors
Helping tutor students in the evenings.
