In consideration of the acceptance of participants to Martinez Youth Football & Cheer (MYF) and MIDNIGHTERS Car Show event by execution of this entry form. I/We hereby release MYF, MIDNIGHTERS, Martinez School District (and Alhambra High School), and their members, officers, and anyone else connected with this event from all unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that be suffered by anyone participating in this event.
