We are offering for sale this fall whole or half beef. They are priced at $2.49/lb LIVE weight. The
buyer will pay the processing costs and will choose exactly how they want their meat cut. The
approximate yield from a 1000 animal will be around 425 lbs of meat in your freezer (depending on
how you get it cut up.) Live weights will vary. Customer is responsible for picking up meat from processor.
Processing will cost around $400, and you can either use our processor or we will deliver the animal to
the processor of your choice within a reasonable distance from the farm. It usually works out to around $6.75/lb after all costs.
We do require a non-refundable deposit. $1000 deposit for a whole or $750 for a half will reserve your
purchase. Processing will be scheduled during the summer months.
Filling out this form will allow us to invoice you twice, first for the deposit, and then for the final total after dropping off to the processor for official live weight. Thank you!
