Penn Forest Community Fall Festival Craft and Vendor Show- Food Truck Request
Thank you for your interest in this event! Our annual Fall Festival is September 24th from 12:00-3:00 PM. Anticipated attendance 750+.  The event includes a craft and vendor show, free inflatables and kid's activities, live music and more! There is no charge to set up and sell at our event (if you would like to make a donation to our kid & teen ministries we won't say no!) . We limit the number of food trucks to one of each type and a limited number over all. Completing this form does not guarantee you a spot. Someone will be in contact with you to let you know if we have space available and answer any further questions.
