This form allows simple checking of site design proposals for extensions to existing dwellings against the Warmington Neighbourhood Plan Design Code. It can be used as a simple assessment tool at the design stage of a project. Use of this tool will put you in contact with Warmington Parish Council who can offer advice, in particular residents of Warmington can also borrow design guide books for energy conservation and biodiversity.

Proposals will also need to comply with other policies within the Warmington Neighbourhood Plan. An early dialogue with the Parish Council would be helpful in this regard.
