Room rates are in €, per room, per day. (It will be paid via credit card during checkin. No other currency is accepted. Only in €.)

Breakfast will be 10 EUR per person. (It will be paid in cash during checkin. No other currency is accepted. Only in €.)
Room cleaning fee will be +10 EUR per room for each day. (It will be paid in cash during checkin. No other currency is accepted. Only in €.)
Phone reservations are not accepted. Confirmation of online pre-booking will be sent within 7 working days.
An overnight deposit (100 EUR) is requested to be paid by the participants until 01.08.2023. (Payment Details -IBAN and SWIFT- at the bottom of this form.)

The Participants will have two alternatives (when they will pay the full payment during check out) to avoid the problems like the extra charges that the currency exchange rates are causing:

1) The participants can make the remaining full payment (other than 100 EUR they paid as a deposit for reservation of course) in Istanbul “in cash” when they're making their checkouts.

2) The participants can make the remaining full payment (other than 100 EUR they paid as a deposit for reservation of course) in Istanbul “to the same bank account given in the registration form” when they're making their checkouts (this will be made over the internet).

For written cancellations that will take place until 01.08.2023 there will be no cancellation fee.
For written cancellations that will take place from 02.08.2023 until 13.08.2023 there will be a cancellation fee of 80% booking amount.
From 14.08.2023 and after for written cancellations there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
Due to limited capacity each participant can book only one room.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the closed areas such as rooms, lobbies etc.
No alcoholic beverages allowed in the campus and rooms.
