Sign-up form Triathlon Ragnar/Alcedo/Roadrunners 2023

With this form you can sign up for the practices of Ragnar, Alcedo and Roadrunners in preparation for the triathlon in Delft on the 18th of June. You can also sign up if you cannot do the race in Delft but are planning to join another race.

The practices will start at the end of March and will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Next to separate swimming, cycling, and running practices (4-6 per discipline) we will also do a few sessions where we do multiple disciplines and practice changing between disciplines.

Note that you still have to sign up for the triathlon in Delft yourself: go here for more information. They expect to be full soon, so be quick! There are also a limited number of spots for the practices, so the same applies to this form. The deadline to fill out this form is the 10th of February 2023.

Costs:
- €5 for members of Alcedo, Ragnar, and Roadrunners
- €10 for members of other Rotterdam student sports associations and holders of the Erasmus Sport Pass

- The registration fee for the race itself (€46,50 or €57) and any equipment you still need to get :)
