Teen Ambassadors
A BGCSTL Teen Ambassador is a Teen Member who participates in bringing teens and tweens together from across the bi-state area to promote understanding, increase leadership skills and prepare youth to make a positive impact in their communities. The Teen Ambassadors provide fun learning opportunities that are led by teens for teens.
Teen Ambassador Expectations

  • Attend Orientation 

  • BGCSTL General Membership

  • Dedicate 3-5 hours throughout monthly in promoting Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis

  • At school – hang posters and distribute postcards, share information about STEM and programs, host a BGCSTL info table during lunch, present to your school leaders and PTA, make school announcements, etc.

  • In the community – share with peers and parents during community activities, at your local library, or church etc. (Attend outreach events with Marketing & Outreach Specialist Devon Townsend)

  • On social media – use your influence to share through BGCSTL social media platforms

  • Assist with the launch & management of Teen Ambassador Instagram & TikTok pages

Teen Ambassador Benefits
