In student-focused coaching:
  • Student learning, achievement, and well-being are always the focus.
  • All parties engage in reflective conversations about student learning and responsive instructional practices.
  • Coaches participate in strategic collaboration with key partners (e.g. TSTs, CLTs) to impact student learning.
The SSRCE has a team of coaches who cover areas of literacy (English and French), mathematics (English and French), French (core, integrated, and immersion, neurolinguistic approach, and early literacy), social emotional learning, classroom management and instructional strategies.
