The purpose of this survey is to quickly capture course sections that use "Zero Cost" Textbooks (OER) or "Low Cost" textbooks (textbooks that can generally be purchased under $50) and that currently do not have the "Zero Cost" or "Low Cost" logo listed in our online schedule in PeopleSoft. This is especially important for our late-start 8-week classes as we continue to increase our enrollment and support equity and student success (For more information, please see California State Senate Bill 1359).

If your course does not have the "Zero Cost" or "Low Cost" logo and you use a "Zero Cost" or "Low Cost" textbook, please complete this survey. Please complete one form for each section you teach that qualifies. Please only submit if you are requesting one of these logos be added to your course section in our online schedule this semester (Fall 2020).

Ideally, we should note that we are using "Zero Cost" or "Low Cost" when we are participating in the college-wide galley process or after a class offer has been accepted, we can notify our Division Chair and copy our Division Dean via e-mail with our course sections and designations.
