The weather is warming up which means that the Exeter HOA Annual Meeting is right around the corner! This year the meeting will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Exeter Clubhouse.

Unlike in normal years, we do not know what August will bring in terms of COVID restrictions. We will be hosting this meeting as a hybrid of in-person and virtually using the link available at ExeterHOA.com. If you wish to attend in person, please email us at HOA@ExeterHOA.com or register online at the HOA website under Forms.  More details will be announced via email as we get closer to the meeting.

As we do every year, we need residents there either in person or by proxy. This proxy is a simple form that allows someone to represent you at the meeting. We are required to get at least 83 residents to attend either in person or by proxy. If enough proxies aren’t received, we have to reschedule the meeting, which means the HOA has to spend additional funds to reschedule the meeting rather than use dues for other projects. If you’re not sure you can attend, you can still send in a proxy now and retrieve it at the meeting.
