A few details on the two positions.

Coach Developer: A Coach Developer is a coach who delivers the information to coaches that are taking clinics. This person is front and center presenting the content on the Zoom platform. The content being delivered is prepared by USA Hockey and given to Coach Developers for presentations. Each presentation has around 50 coaches and is generally delivered on week nights from around 5:30pm-9:00pm, August-December. 

Producer: A USA Hockey Producer is a behind scenes member who helps assist the Coach Developer in delivering the content. A Producer's role is to take attendance, move the presentation along, assign breakout rooms, and play video/audio content.

If accepted into the Coach Developer or Producer position, we will offer training and shadow sessions prior to delivering your first presentation.
