This application is for activity partners that want to offer a free activity for kids, teens, or adults. We are asking that the activities have an artistic component.
ACTIVITY SPACE DETAILS
Booths will be placed in various areas of the venue dependent upon vendor offerings and requirements for set-up.
- 10 x 10 booth space (no table or chairs provided)
- Free of charge when offering a free activity
- Electricity is not available
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN
May 11th | 9:00 am and must be completed by 10:30 am EST.
Vendors are required to be set-up by 10:30 am and are not permitted to tear down until the end of the event at 3 pm. If a vendor leaves early, they forfeit participation in future PCT events.
The park is to be returned to the condition found and tear down is to be complete by 4 :30 pm.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
PCT would appreciate a description of the activity and STAGED/STYLED photos of the final product. The Pulaski County Tribe has the right, but not the obligation, to use these photos to promote the event.
SUBMISSION OF PARTICIPATION INTEREST FORM DOES NOT CONFIRM RESERVED SPACE. Please watch for an email confirming PCT received your form.
